As a Connect Facilitator, you have a few responsibilities in respect of keeping accurate records of your meetings. This enables the Church to measure, monitor and support all of the Connect Group activities and provide resources where appropriate.
You should have been given a Facilitator Manual containing all of the information that you need. If not, speak to the Connect Co-Ordinator who will arrange a copy for you.
If you need new blank forms, you can order these from the Church Office by calling 0121 711 7300, or you can download them now (in PDF form) to print yourself - by using the links in the red box on the right. Printing your own forms will help us a great deal.
